2026 Physical Security Showcase

Introduction

Thank you for considering to be one of our Showcase sponsors! We hope to make this event larger than ever and grow it to become the premier security event in the Midwest. We have some exciting new sponsorship opportunities that we think you will enjoy. We are grateful for your support and could not do this without you!

Event Details

When: Thursday, May 28^th, 2026 8:00 am to 4:00 pm 

Where: Overland Park Convention Center, 6000 College Blvd, Overland Park, KS 66211

Program Information: The event starts with registration, continental breakfast, brief opening announcements, vendor engagement, and then breakout sessions. Attendees will visit the vendor tables before the event kickoff and during the gaps between breakout sessions. At noon, all attendees and vendors sit for a plated lunch for the presentation of the ASIS Greater Kansas City Chapter annual awards and the keynote address. Following the keynote address, all attendees and vendors are invited to attend the Showcase happy hour, which concludes at 4:00 pm.

Type of Attendees: In years past, we have had roughly 110 registered attendees and an additional 60 vendors from 30 different sponsors. Our Kansas City Chapter includes security leaders from various large corporations, notably:

…and many others. We will invite and market the event to members from other large ASIS Chapters in the Midwest, including St. Louis, Omaha, Des Moines, and smaller ASIS chapters in Springfield, MO and Bentonville, AR. 

Keynote Speaker: Waiting for Confirmation

As with past Showcases, we are excited to bring in a dynamic and experienced keynote speaker. We are confident that our keynote will generate significant interest in the showcase and increase attendance.

Vendor Information & Sponsorship

Raffles: We strongly encourage you to provide products, gift cards, or other items for the raffle. These prizes are greatly appreciated and help increase the overall attendance at the event. Raffle prizes will be awarded at the end of the event. The supplying vendor will be publicly recognized and appreciated for each item.

Sponsorship: To provide an outstanding regional event for our attendees and vendors, we offer the following sponsorship levels. Please read carefully:

Information for ALL sponsorship levels:

• ·         You will have an 8’ x 30” rectangular table for your display/materials/demo equipment, etc.
• ·         Your table will be marked with your organization’s name when you arrive 
• ·         There will be power & Wi-Fi access in the event space, but please note that you should bring your own power strip if you have multiple devices to plug in. 
• ·         Your registration includes two tickets for the event. If you decide to bring additional individuals from your company, please have them register as attendees.
• ·         Please get in touch with us if you have questions about shipping and receiving.

Bronze Level Sponsor - $750

• Your company logo on pre-event marketing materials and in the printed program on the day of the event
• An assigned vendor table, including registration and lunch for two individuals from your company

Silver Level Sponsor - $950

All of the benefits of the Bronze level sponsor, plus:

• You will be provided the list of names and email addresses of all registered attendees
• Your company logo and sponsorship level on TV screens around the venue

Gold Level Sponsor - $1,350

All of the benefits of the Silver and Bronze level sponsors, plus:

• A preferred assigned table location
• Your company logo on the centerpiece at each round table where attendees will sit for lunch for the awards and keynote speaker
• Two (2) Gold Level shoutouts on the ASIS Greater Kansas City LinkedIn page

Platinum Level Sponsor - $2,500

All of the benefits of the Gold, Silver, and Bronze level sponsors, plus:

• Exclusive position as the only Platinum Sponsor
• Premium table location with two tables (see Appendix B)

• ·         Four (4) free additional admission tickets (six total)

• Three (3) Platinum Level shoutouts on the ASIS Greater Kansas City LinkedIn page

Additional Unique Sponsorship Add-Ons

Beyond the selected sponsorship level, there are new additional sponsorship add-ons at a cost, such as:

• ·         Lounge Sponsorship - $750 (One slot available)
• o   This space serves as the hub for breakfast and drinks, with the sponsor’s name placed on every table. It provides a dedicated area for attendees to grab breakfast in the morning, take breaks during the day, and for vendors to conduct private meetings. See Appendix B.
• ·         End Cap Vendor Table - $250 (One slot available)
• o   Available exclusively for a Gold sponsor as an add-on. This table is located at the end of the main aisle near the lounge entrance for high visibility. The expanded footprint is designed to accommodate a larger display in a high-traffic area. See Appendix B.
• ·         Professional Headshot Sponsor - $750 (One slot available)
• o   This exclusive sponsorship covers the cost of professional headshots provided free of charge to all attendees. The sponsor has exclusive branding of a dedicated room, including "Sponsored by" signage and the opportunity to place staff within the space to engage with attendees while they wait. See Appendix B.
• ·         Happy Hour Sponsor - $1,000 (One slot available)
• o   This sponsorship covers the social event of the showcase, providing an opportunity for networking after the main sessions conclude. The sponsor receives prominent signage throughout the happy hour area as attendees gather for drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and conversation. See Appendix B for location. Signage will be swapped out from the Lounge Sponsorship right before the happy hour begins.
• ·         Exterior Bay for Outdoor Demonstration - $200 (Three slots available)
• o   These three slots are exterior to the building and are the first thing attendees see before entering the convention center – perfect for your larger or outdoor security displays. See Appendix B.
