ITRenew is hiring a charismatic Facilities Manager to manage and build out a 320,000 square feet facility. The Facility Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for the operations of their Facility. This includes but is not limited to data security, data sanitation, customer brand protection, staff and fleet operations, sales, shipping, inventory, logistics, and all customer service related duties. Furthermore, the Facilities Manager is responsible for all compliance and safety related operations, two-way safety communication with all employees, and the maintenance and administration of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and Responsible Recycling (R2) Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Financial responsibility and personnel management for facility operations
• Development of documentation, procedures, and training materials as required by the Certifications
• Management Representative responsibilities as required by the Certifications
• Protection of Customer Brand, data security and confidential information
• Implementation of the branch growth goals and objectives
• Compliance with all applicable company and environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as quality standards
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years managerial experience in a warehouse, supply chain, manufacturing or distribution setting preferred.
• Experience in building out and staffing a large facility
• Highly organized, a proven planner, and ability to think quickly and accurately
• Ability to lead, manage, train, motivate and mentor personnel
• Team oriented with strong written and verbal skills
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds required
• Manual dexterity required for operating tools and equipment

Salary: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 /year
