Based on your feedback from last year’s showcase, we have made some exciting changes including a new location, new sponsorship structure, and bringing a major keynote speaker! We hope to make this event larger than ever and grow it to become the premier security event in the Midwest. We are grateful for your support and could not do this without you!

Attendees: In years past, we have had roughly 75 registered attendees and an additional 40 vendors from 20 different companies. Our Kansas City Chapter includes security leaders from various large corporations, notably:

…and many others. This year, we will invite and market the event to members from other large ASIS Chapters in the Midwest including St. Louis, Omaha, Des Moines, and smaller ASIS chapters in Topeka, KS and Springfield, MO. 

Overview: Our annual showcase is from 7:30am to 2:00pm. The event starts with some opening exercises and then goes straight to breakout sessions. Before the event kickoff and during the large breaks between breakout sessions, attendees will visit the vendor booths. At 12 noon, all attendees and vendors sit for a plated lunch the presentation of the ASIS Greater Kanas City Chapter annual awards. As soon as those are done (about 20 minutes), the remaining time is handed over to the keynote speaker, while everyone finishes lunch. The event concludes at 2:00pm with some raffle and door prizes provided by the vendors.

Sponsorship: With the purpose of providing an outstanding, regional event for our attendees and vendors, which we hope to grow in the years to come, we have adjusted the vendor registration to a “sponsorship levels” model, which is more in line with larger industry events. Select the blue "Register" button to the left to make your selection. Please carefully read the information below:

Bronze Level Sponsor - $425

  • Your company logo in the printed program on the day of the event
  • Your company logo on pre-event marketing materials, emails, and announcements
  • A vendor table, including registration and lunch for two
  • A 15% room discount onsite at the DoubleTree Hotel 

Silver Level Sponsor - $625

All of the benefits of the Bronze level sponsor, plus:

  • Your company logo on the centerpiece at each round table where attendees will sit for lunch and the keynote speaker

Gold Level Sponsor - $950

All of the benefits of the Silver and Bronze level sponsors, plus:

  • Your company logo on the projector screen at the start of each breakout session presentation
  • Your company logo on a projector screen on a constant slideshow within the main ballroom
  • Two (2) Gold Level shoutouts on the ASIS Greater Kansas City LinkedIn page

Platinum Level Sponsor - $1,450

All of the benefits of the Gold, Silver, and Bronze level sponsors, plus:

  • Your company logo on the screen at the start of the keynote speaker presentation
  • Four (4) Platinum Level shout outs on the ASIS Greater Kansas City LinkedIn page

Information for all Vendor sponsors:

  • You will have a rectangular table for your display/materials/demo equipment, etc. 
  • Your table will be marked with your organization’s name when you arrive 
  • There will be power & Wi-Fi access in the event space, but please note you should provide your own power strip if you have multiple devices to plug in. 
  • If you have more than two people attending at your booth, please add them as an “Additional Vendor” at registration ($25 to cover meals).

Raffles: Please Let us know if you can provide product, gift cards, or some other item for the raffle. These prizes are greatly appreciated and help increase the overall attendance at the event. Attendees will be required to visit your booth in order to be in the drawing. Raffle prizes will be awarded at the end of the event. The supplying vendor will be publicly recognized and appreciated for each prize.
